Surf Haven Bali is a luxury resort that offers a week long women's "retreat" on the beautiful shores of Bali. My friend said the owners, staff, instructors and environment was awesome and it was one of the best experiences of her life. Sounds awesome, relaxing and rejuvenating!
Although it's definitely too much for a "I had a bad day at work" trip, I am really considering this for later when I am in some kind of "transition". My friend went between working for 5 years and grad school.
